  • When we release a new collection, sometimes it includes special offers for that collection over a period of time.
  • Offers and discounts are normally obtained through a discount or offer code which you need to provide at checkout.

  • There are various levels of customer loyalty, depending on the amount you spend for our products and how often you purchase from us.

Shipping locations and destination :

  • Shipping is carried out by providers located mainly in the USA and Australia.
  • We ship mainly to the USA and Australia.
  • We use dropshipping providers that give us the breadth and richness we want in our products.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take upto 6 business days to be delivered to you (where the dropshipping provider is local)
  • International orders take business up to 30 days depending on where they are being shipped from and to where.
  • Shipping time might also vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping costs:

  • Local shipping costs start at AUD6.30 for Australia and at USD4.00 for the USA.
  • The full price including shipping and any taxes will be displayed at checkout.
  • Each item you order has its own separate shipping cost. However, additional items within an order will have a lower shipping cost.

Placing an order:

  • Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - the time of shipping will depend on where it is being shipped to. Please see our Shipping section in the FAQs

Tracking your orders:

  • You can track your orders with the Shop app that is downloadable once you get to checkout. (Note: this app ifs only downloadable for United States; Canada, United Kingdom and Australia)
  • If part or your order is missing, we can forward an inquiry for investigation. We also request you to try and check their usual delivery spot, neighbors or maybe their local post office if the order was shipped separately.

Changing an order:

  • Once you have made an order and sent it, you cannot change it.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards and Debit Cards.. 
  • Any taxes and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before your payment.
  • If you have received an discount code, make sure to enter it at the "discount code" section

Note that additional exchange fees may apply if your currency is other than US dollars or Australian dollars for products shipped from the US or Australia respectively.
