SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are locally shipped (within a country) for FREE- currently in Australia and the USA. They can also be shipped internationally but generally take longer and there are shipping costs.

We are gradually expanding our local shipping to cover more countries

Local shipping takes 4 - 8 days

Overseas shipping takes 4 - 30 days, starting at US$16-96 depending on the receiving country

REFUND POLICY

If a product is damaged or has manufacturing errors it will be replaced if contact is made within 30 days of its delivery. We aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind (e.g. different size, colour or design).
